The Mana Tangata programme selects 30 students from underserved communities around New Zealand and guides them on their paths to become future technology leaders. 

Participants are paired with a mentor who is currently working in the science and technology sector who helps them developing core leadership skills as well as learning with them about a tech field of their choice.

The programme starts in April 2018 and will run for 6 months.
